Bulk Download Help
This bulk download tool provides the NWS text
in a raw form, hopefully directly usable by your processing system.
You can either provide a complete 6-character PIL/AFOS ID or provide
the 3-character base ID (e.g., AFD
). The start and end
dates represent 00 UTC for those dates. The Zip format is useful as
the filenames will have the product timestamp, which is useful for
when the product format has ambiguous timestamps.

Relatively widespread 24 hour rain totals up to three inches or more were reported across portions of the area. Temperatures ranged from the lower 30s to the lower 40s. Rain will trickle to an end this morning across eastern Wisconsin. The break in precipitation may be fairly short lived however, as the next round moves through with a shortwave in the late morning and afternoon. Fortunately, the amount of rain possible with this second round will be significantly less than what has fallen in the past day or so. High temperatures today will remain well below normal, holding steady in the middle 30s to lower 40s. Little improvement is expected for temperature through the weekend, with highs remaining in the 30s and 40s through Sunday. Another couple rounds of snow and rain showers are possible through the weekend as well, before a longer period of dry conditions moves in next week. $$ Uhlmann
