        - Peak Wind Forecast: 30-40 mph with gusts to 50 mph
        - Window for Tropical Storm force winds: Monday morning until 
          early Thursday morning

    - THREAT TO LIFE AND PROPERTY THAT INCLUDES TYPICAL FORECAST
