* At 259 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
along a line extending from near Waycross to 8 miles south of
Pearson. Movement was south at 5 mph.
* Small hail and winds in excess of 45 mph possible with these
storms.
* Locations impacted include...
Waycross, Homerville, Argyle, Du Pont, Boggy Bay, Pebble Hill,
Manor, Braganza, Cogdell and Dixie Union.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. If
you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck! Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
