At 1036 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a wind boundary, capable of 
producing winds to around 25 to 30 knots. This boundary was located 
along a line extending from 12 nm southwest of Chandeleur Sound to 
34 nm east of Pilottown, moving northeast at 15 knots.

Scattered thunderstorms may likely develop along this boundary 
anywhere in the statement region. Locally stronger winds nearing 30 
knots will be possible along with isolated waterspouts. Should any 
individual storm become strong enough, special marine warning will 
be required. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 20 to 30 knots, locally 
higher waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor 
immediately until these storms pass.
