  Coastal waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL out 20 NM...

* Until 1015 PM EDT.

* At 912 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 2 miles east of 
  Guana River State Park, or 13 nm north of Saint Augustine, moving 
  southeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Dorothy Louise Barge, Nine Mile Reef, Saint Augustine, Saint
  Augustine Beach, Butler Beach, Vilano Beach, South Ponte Vedra
  Beach, Guana River State Park, Crescent Beach and Palm Valley.
