Outlook: A few thunderstorms are possible. Hazards: Lightning, gusty winds, brief heavy rain. Timing: Through the night. Discussion: An upper level system and an approaching cold front will bring chances for showers and a few thunderstorms. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. Outlook: Thunderstorms are possible Friday. Severe storms are not expected at this time. Lightning is a threat from any thunderstorm. More thunderstorms are possible on Wednesday. Discussion: A cold front moving across the area on Friday could bring some thunderstorms with it. Much cooler and drier air will move in behind the front.
