This bulk download tool provides the NWS text
in a raw form, hopefully directly usable by your processing system.
You can either provide a complete 6-character PIL/AFOS ID or provide
the 3-character base ID (e.g., AFD
). The start and end
dates represent 00 UTC for those dates. The Zip format is useful as
the filenames will have the product timestamp, which is useful for
when the product format has ambiguous timestamps.
248 FXUS64 KTSA 031724 AFDTSA Area Forecast Discussion National Weather Service Tulsa OK 1224 PM CDT Sun May 3 2020 .AVIATION... CONCERNING TAF SITES KTUL/KRVS/KBVO/KMLC/KXNA/KFYV/KFSM/KROG. MVFR cigs will give way to VFR sky condition later this afternoon across the NE OK TAF sites in the wake of a cold front moving into the area. Cigs will lower again to MVFR overnight (and prevail for the remainder of the TAF period)along withthunderstorm chances along this boundary as it lifts back north as a warm front overnight. && .PREV DISCUSSION... /Issued 1045 AM CDT Sun May 3 2020/ DISCUSSION... Outflow boundary/sfc front pushing through NE OK this morning. A period of gusty NE winds around 20-25 mph can be expected for a few hours post frontal. Convection has been confined to the far northeast sections of the forecast area so far, so overall Pops will be highest through 18z in those areas. South of the boundary, while unstable should remain capped through the afternoon, which should keep anything surface based from developing. Have lowered temperatures and increased sky cover some across northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas, while increasing short term wind speeds some. Remaining first period elements will be left as they are. Updated ZFP/PFM/AFM out shortly. && .TSA WATCHES/WARNINGS/ADVISORIES... OK...None. AR...None. && $$ AVIATION.....23
