.LONG TERM... (Sunday Night through Friday)
Issued at 223 AM CDT Sat Apr 4 2020

With decent upper level ridging overhead will see temperatures
moderate through mid week. Highs will be in the 70s to near 80

followed by a cold front that will move through by Tuesday night.

Once cold front moves through, temperatures will be a bit below
normal Thursday and Friday. As for precipitation chances, extended
models have some differences in timing, strength and placement
with system that will finally eject out of the southwestern U.S.
with several rounds of activity possible Wednesday night through
Friday.

.AVIATION... (For the 18z TAFs through 18z Sunday Afternoon)
Issued at 1220 PM CDT Sat Apr 4 2020

Low clouds with IFR/MVFR ceilings will continue to linger at all
of the terminals through the afternoon into the early evening
before ceilings finally improve to VFR by mid-late evening.
Northerly winds are expected to become light tonight and veer
easterly by tomorrow morning.

SPECIFICS FOR KSTL:

Clouds with low MVFR clouds will continue to linger through the
afternoon before ceilings finally improve to VFR by mid evening.
There is some possibility that ceilings will fall below 1000FT
AGL between 18-24Z this afternoon, though this risk was not high
enough at this point to include in the TAF. Northerly winds are
expected to become light tonight and veer easterly by tomorrow
morning.
