Through 6:45 a.m., a band of showers with moderate to heavy rain will move northeastward over the extreme southeastern Gulf of Mexico, including portions of Dry Tortugas National Park. Rain showers with reduced horizontal surface visibility below one mile and wind gusts of 20 to 25 knots likely will move across portions of Tortugas Ecological Reserve South and North, as well as Loggerhead Key and Fort Jefferson National Monument. $$ Kasper
