This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.
.DAY ONE...Tonight.
Outlook: Heavy rain and flooding, windy conditions and isolated
thunderstorms.
Hazards: Flooding of low lying areas and along rivers and streams.
Wind gusts over 40 mph.
Lightning and gusty winds in thunderstorms.
Timing: Heavy rain and flooding at times tonight.
Windy conditions overnight, especially late tonight.
Lightning through the night.
Thunderstorms with gusty winds mainly after 400 AM.
Discussion: A low pressure system will bring widespread rain and
windy conditions to central Indiana.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
Outlook: Heavy rain and flooding are possible Saturday. River
flooding will develop and persist into next week.
Wind gusts of 40 to 45 mph are possible at times Saturday and
Saturday night.
Isolated thunderstorms are possible Saturday, and some could be
strong with gusty winds.
Discussion: A strong low pressure system will bring widespread rain,
heavy at times and windy conditions to central Indiana through
Saturday night.
