.DISCUSSION...
A brief lull in precipitation this afternoon will lose ground to an
advancing weather system on track for tonight. This storm system
will limit the ability to burn, as mixing heights will be low due
to low ceilings, and wet conditions will prevail across the
region today through Thursday. Winds will increase Thursday behind
the system providing deceptively good ventilation rates, but
increase the risk of rapid fire spread.
