.SYNOPSIS...

Surface high pressure will strengthen north to northeast of the 
local waters and dominate for most of the week. Persistent east- 
northeasterly winds will strengthen tonight and Tuesday. Seas will
build due to the increasing local winds and long period swell from
distant Hurricane Lorenzo.

The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream as of
