.SYNOPSIS...

Surface high pressure will strengthen north to northeast of the 
local waters, and dominate for most of the week. Persistent east-
northeasterly winds will strengthen Monday and Tuesday. Seas will 
build due to the increasing local winds and long period swell from
distant Hurricane Lorenzo, with Small Craft Advisory conditions 
expected by Monday afternoon especially for the offshore waters.
