Gusty north northeast winds and rough seas will continue to affect area waters due to high pressure ridge north of the area and Tropical Cyclone Humberto which is located about 250 nm east- southeast of Mayport. Humberto is moving slowly moving northeast early Monday morning. Humberto is forecast to track east-northeast late today into Tuesday. Local mariners should monitor the latest official forecasts from the National Hurricane Center. Another surge of northeast winds will occur late Wednesday through Thursday as strong high pressure builds north of area waters. .GULF STREAM...
