.DISCUSSION...The upper level high pressure that has brought all the
warming and drying has another day and a half of keeping conditions
that way, with the driest and warmest conditions today. If fuels were
critical, the combination of wind and humidity, plus a Haines of 6
would make this a critical day. This high starts breaking Monday down
as a fairly strong low moves through the Pacific Northwest. This will
cool temperatures and raise humidity, but increase the wind. On
Tuesday, the low will cross through southern Idaho and drop
temperatures significantly--as much as 25 degrees, with a likewise
rise in humidity with very windy conditions possible.
