...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of northeast Florida and southeast Georgia, including 
  the following areas, in northeast Florida, Coastal Duval and 
  Coastal Nassau. In southeast Georgia, Coastal Camden, Coastal 
  Glynn, Inland Camden, and Inland Glynn. 

* Through Thursday morning

* Very heavy rainfall is expected as Hurricane Dorian moves north
  off the Georgia coast through Thursday morning. Rainfall amounts
  of 2 to 4 inches with locally heavier amounts are possible 
  along the east coast. Intense rainfall rates in the outer bands 
  of Dorian may produce flash flooding. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
