A band of rain is already present on the King Salmon radar and is moving 
towards the incident. This will be light precipitation and it is 
uncertain if this event will meet the technical criteria for a "wetting rain". 
A second round of rain is forecast for Saturday night and Sunday. This new storm
will definitely bring wetting rains to the incident.
