This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Deep South
Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Heat Advisory is in effect from 1 pm this afternoon to 6 pm 
this evening across Brooks, Hidalgo, and inland Kenedy, Willacy,
and Cameron counties. 

There is a moderate risk of rip currents at the beaches of South
Padre Island and Boca Chica Beach.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

An elevated risk of life threatening currents is possible through
Sunday. 

There is a chance of thunderstorms with cloud to ground 
lightning, across mainly coastal counties, Wednesday through 
Sunday.
