...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT BARRON AND EASTERN POLK
COUNTIES...

At 1104 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Cumberland, or
17 miles southwest of Spooner, moving east at 40 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and nickel size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Rice Lake, Barron, Chetek, Cumberland, Cameron, Turtle Lake, Almena,
Clayton, Dallas, Haugen, Sumner and Arland.

This includes U.S. Highway 53 between mile markers 120 and 152.
 
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
