Fair weather cumulus clouds developed around the region this
afternoon, as temperatures once again begin climbing back into the
upper 80s and low 90s.

A weak cold front stalled out across northern Illinois, could
bring an isolated chance of showers to northern Illinois this
evening. Otherwise, High pressure centered over the Rockies will 
continue this weekend, holding dry weather in place through the 
nations mid section. South to southwest winds will continue to 
flow into the region, ushering warmer air back across the area. 
This will keep the hot temperatures over the area for the
remainder of this weekend and into next week. The next chance of 
rainfall will occur during the first half of next week as remnants
from Tropical Storm Barry arrive into the region.

Lows tonight across the region will drop into the 60s and 70s.
Highs Sunday will continue to climb, as forecasts call from low
90s around the Midwest.
