Winds overnight were generally from the southwest at around 5 mph. As of 4 AM MDT, temperatures ranged from 57 degrees in St. Francis, Kansas to 66 degrees in Norton, Kansas. OUTLOOK... Some showers and thunderstorms will be possible over northwest portions of the Tri-State area Tuesday evening, mainly east of US Hwy 83 and north of US Hwy 36. No severe weather is expected for Tuesday evening at this time. Afternoon highs are expected to reach into the low 90s for most Tuesday. Warmer temperatures are expected later this week. $$
