At 9 AM, National Weather Service radars were detecting rainshowers over portions of northwest Arkansas. This activity was along and north of a line from Kingston to Cave Springs. Movement was to the southeast at 25 miles an hour. Through 11 AM, scattered showers will continue to move across that portion of northwest Arkansas north of Interstate 40. Most of the shower activity will decrease in coverage as the morning progresses. Rainfall amounts will be light, generally less than one tenth of an inch through 11 AM. $$
