Regional Weather Story
National Weather Service Boston/Norton MA
530 PM EDT Wed Jul 3 2019

Southern New England was treated to a classic summer day that was not
to hot and not humid under a mostly sunny sky.

It will continue clear overnight with low temperatures in the mid
60s.

Thursday, the fourth of July, will have a similar day as today with
inland highs sell up into the 80s to lower 90s. The moderate
humidity with dew points in the low to mid 60s. Seabreezes will keep
it slightly cooler at the beaches. Another mild night will be on tap
for Thursday night with lows in the 60s.

Friday will see a chance of afternoon showers with increasing
humidity. Southerly winds will enable afternoon temperatures to warm
into the 80s to around 90 degrees.

A cold front approaching from the
west on Saturday will likely kick off scattered showers and
thunderstorms. The front will exit our region Saturday night behind
which it will turn drier and less humid on Sunday with a return to
seasonable temperatures.
