southwest Minnesota has been cancelled. The heaviest rainfall has
shifted just south of the area.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM CDT TUESDAY...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of northwest Iowa and southeast South Dakota, 
  including the following areas, in northwest Iowa, Clay, 
  Dickinson, O'Brien, Osceola, Plymouth, and Sioux. In southeast 
  South Dakota, Clay and Union. 

* Until 1 AM CDT Tuesday

* Thunderstorms are expected to increase in coverage through the 
  evening. Localized areas will likely see rainfall rates of 1- 
  2" in 30 minutes with some spots possibly reaching 4". 

* Rapid rises in streams and creeks as well as urban flooding 
  are the major hazards with this setup. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
