This bulk download tool provides the NWS text
in a raw form, hopefully directly usable by your processing system.
You can either provide a complete 6-character PIL/AFOS ID or provide
the 3-character base ID (e.g., AFD
). The start and end
dates represent 00 UTC for those dates. The Zip format is useful as
the filenames will have the product timestamp, which is useful for
when the product format has ambiguous timestamps.

Periods of locally heavy rains and strong gusty winds will accompany these showers and thunderstorms. This will result ponding of water on roadways and in poor drainage areas, as well as hazardous driving conditions with reduced visibilities. Although most of eastern Puerto Rico has become rain-free, there is a line of showers from Fajardo to Rio Grande that will continue in the flow for at least another hour. Showers that moved through Ponce are moving toward Yauco, and heavy showers in Ponce or east are not expected before 4 PM AST. Showers over western Puerto Rico are moving into the Mona Channel, where some lighting strikes are also being seen. $$ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND AT /USE LOWER CASE LETTERS/: HTTP://WWW.WEATHER.GOV/SANJUAN
