Showers have begun to develop and will affect these areas at
least until sunset. Expect periods of moderate to heavy rain in
isolated areas, as well as dangerous cloud to ground lightning
with any thunderstorm activity. Ponding of water on roadways and
in low lying areas, as well as hazardous driving conditions will
remain possible. The heaviest rains were now occurring in and around
San Sebastian and Anasco in the west interior.
