.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions will continue across the area through
the operational period. High temperatures will peak around 102 degrees 
Tuesday afternoon while relative humidity drops to 10-15 percent. Light
northerly winds will prevail in the morning, but will shift to the south
and southwest during the afternoon and evening hours with gusts up to 
20 mph possible.
