831 AM CDT Fri Jun 7 2019

Sunshine continued for yet another morning across Iowa for our Friday.
Morning temperatures have been about the same as the have been the
past few mornings, as much of Iowa was in the upper 60s to mid 70s.
Winds this morning were from the east to southeast at around 5 to 10
mph. Normal low temperatures for this time of year are in the upper
50s, so temperatures for this morning were around 5 to 10 degrees
above normal.

For the rest of today, expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy
conditions and temperatures similar to where they have been the past
few days... generally in the low to mid 80s. Winds should be from the
east to southeast at around 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday should remain sunny, and then clouds and cooler temperatures
will roll in for late Sunday as a cold front is slated to pass
through the state from west to east. Next week, cooler temperatures in
the 70s are expected, with lows to be in the 50s. The next best
chance for widespread precipitation may not come until the middle of
next week.
