At 1114 PM CDT, emergency management reported a couple streets in
Burlington have been barricaded off due to water over the roads.
Radar estimates between 3 and 4 inches of rain has already fallen.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Burlington, New Strawn, Gridley, Le Roy and John Redmond Reservoir.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
