Bulk Download Help
This bulk download tool provides the NWS text
in a raw form, hopefully directly usable by your processing system.
You can either provide a complete 6-character PIL/AFOS ID or provide
the 3-character base ID (e.g., AFD). The start and end
dates represent 00 UTC for those dates. The Zip format is useful as
the filenames will have the product timestamp, which is useful for
when the product format has ambiguous timestamps.

...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 AM AST THURSDAY FOR
AGUADA...MOCA AND AGUADILLA MUNICIPALITIES...
At 758 PM AST, although the USGS sensor indicated that Rio Culebrina
in Moca has crested and the water level has dropped to 29.01 feet,
emergency management officials reported that flooding continues
along roads PR-115, PR-110, and PR-418 between Aguada, Aguadilla and
Moca municipalities. In fact, flooding waters have increased along
PR-115 in Aguada, while flooding along PR-110 has extended to Barrio
Maria in Moca. These roads are impassable and have been closed.
Flooding is likely to continue across these road and other areas
adjacent to the river during the next several hours. For this
reason, the Flood Warning remains in effect until 330 AM AST.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
