The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Geary County in east central Kansas...
  Riley County in northeastern Kansas...
  Morris County in east central Kansas...
  Wabaunsee County in east central Kansas...
  Pottawatomie County in northeastern Kansas...

* Until 745 AM CDT Tuesday.

* At 145 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Manhattan, Junction City, Wamego, Herington, Council Grove, Alma,
  Westmoreland, Eskridge, St. Marys, Ogden, Grandview Plaza, Riley,
  St. George, Maple Hill, White City, Milford, Leonardville, Alta
  Vista, Dwight and McFarland.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 291 and 345.
