Overnight lows ranged from 40 in Galesburg, to 58 in Lawrenceville. Another weather disturbance tracking through the Midwest, will spread scattered showers and thunderstorms back into parts of the area, for later today, into Saturday. Better rain chances will be from Missouri, into southern Illinois, and the Ohio Valley. Farther north, high pressure building into the Great Lakes, will bring dry weather to the remainder of the Midwest. As the high shifts farther south on Sunday, dry and warmer weather will push south across Illinois, and into the Ohio Valley. High temperatures today will range from the mid 50s in northeast Illinois, to the mid 70s in southern Indiana. Lows tonight will range from the upper 30s in northern Illinois, to the lower 60s along the Ohio Valley. $$
