Low clouds will continue to scatter out very gradually into the
evening hours.  Wet ground from rain over the past few days
will keep minimum RH values this afternoon between 40-50%.
Slightly warmer temperatures are expected on Friday, with rain
showers moving in by the evening. West/northwest winds this afternoon
at 5-10 mph will shift to southeasterly tonight and increase on Friday.
