.DISCUSSION...
A weak cool will push south of the Southern Tier this afternoon
with dry, but mainly cloudy weather lasting through this
evening. A wave of low pressure will track from the Ohio Valley
across the region late tonight and Friday which will bring
another round of rain to the region. An area of high pressure
will then bring a brief dry period Friday night.
