of rain mostly in Leflore county in Oklahoma and Sebastian and 
Franklin counties in Arkansas. It was more widespread in northeast 
Texas and far southwest Arkasas. Movement was to the east at around 
20 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one 
tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one tenth to one quarter of 
an inch. Coverage decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area 
forecast for the rest of this morning, a chance of showers and 
thunderstorms, otherwise cloudy then becoming mostly cloudy with 
temperatures rising to 61 to 67 degrees and northeast winds becoming 
north at 5 to 10 mph.
