OUACHITA AND NORTHEASTERN LINCOLN PARISHES UNTIL 400 PM CDT...
At 320 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southwest of Farmerville, or 13 miles northeast of Ruston,
moving east at 45 mph.
Pea size hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include...
Farmerville, Sterlington, Marion, Downsville, D Arbonne, Perryville,
Loch Lomon, Spencer, Linville, Haile, Bayou D Arbonne Lake, Rocky
Branch, Deshard and Shiloh.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
