Sunrise temperatures ranged from 8 degrees below zero northwest of Goodland to 1 degree above normal in Hill City and Tribune. Wind chill readings were as low as 23 degrees below zero in Colby. Sky cover ranged from mostly sunny to cloudy across the area early this afternoon. 2 PM MST (3 PM CST) temperatures range from 4 degrees near Sharon Springs to 11 degrees northwest of Trenton Nebraska. OUTLOOK... There will be a chance for light snow tonight south of a line from near Joes Colorado to Goodland and Gove Kansas. Low temperatures will range from near zero to 12 below zero with wind chill readings as low as 24 degrees below zero. A few locations could be colder. A sunny to partly sunny sky is expected on Monday with high temperatures in the mid teens to low 20s, about 30 degrees below normal. Wind chill readings of 15 to 20 below zero are expected Monday night with low temperatures a few degrees either side of zero. Tuesday looks to be a little warmer with highs in the mid 20s to low 30s. $$
