Wintery driving conditions will prevail across the north central Colorado mountains into Friday. Motorists in the high country should be prepared and equipped to handle the slippery road conditions they will face. Snow will decrease and come to an end Friday morning. This will be short-lived though as the next Pacific storm system is expected to bring more snow to the mountains late Friday night and Saturday.
