.UPDATE...

An upper level trough across the ern U.S. extending into the FL 
panhandle and into the ern Gulf of Mexico will continue to shift 
east tonight taking broken to overcast high clouds out of the area, 
with clearing skies expected overnight with significantly drier 
conditions in the low to mid levels per 00z JAX sounding. Sfc high 
around 1024 mb centered over srn AL will shift east-northeast to 
east central GA Thu morning. Temps are dropping into the 40s and 
near 50 which is not too far off the guidance. A frost advisory is 
in effect tonight, and though clouds this evening may slow the 
cooling, latest sfc temps and the light winds suggest enough 
radiational cooling is occurring to support the frost advisory for 
inland areas.

Prevailing VFR conditions with high clouds at times. Light to 
calm winds tonight will become northeast to east less than 10 kt 
on Thursday.

Small craft exercise caution had been maintained over the area 
waters overnight and just slight adjustments will be made to the 
winds and seas rest of tonight.
