Light sleet, possibly mixed with snow at times, will increase over parts of Central Texas later this afternoon. While widespread significant accumulations are not anticipated, a few locales could see minor accumulations on bridges, overpasses, and other elevated surfaces. A changeover to more of a light cold rain or rain and sleet mix will remain during the overnight hours. No impacts are expected with any light sleet accumulations expected to be mainly on grassy areas or elevated objects. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. Widespread rainfall will develop late Saturday night and continue through the day Sunday, before coming to an end early next week. Rain rates should remain light, minimizing any flood threat across North and Central Texas. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected at this time. $$
