This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for North and Central Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.
Light sleet, possibly mixed with snow at times, will increase over
parts of Central Texas later this afternoon. While widespread
significant accumulations are not anticipated, a few locales could
see minor accumulations on bridges, overpasses, and other elevated
surfaces.

A changeover to more of a light cold rain or rain and sleet mix will
remain during the overnight hours. No impacts are expected with any
light sleet accumulations expected to be mainly on grassy areas or
elevated objects.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
Widespread rainfall will develop late Saturday night and continue
through the day Sunday, before coming to an end early next week. Rain
rates should remain light, minimizing any flood threat across North
and Central Texas.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
