.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
Low pressure will develop north of the Hawaiian waters later today
through Thursday, then drift northeast Friday. Low pressure will 
track back toward the state Saturday, then stall within a few 
hundred nautical miles of the windward waters as a gale Sunday.

NORTHWEST WATERS AND KAUAI WINDWARD WATERS...
 
.TODAY AND TONIGHT...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots Kauai and Oahu
waters, south 5 to 15 kt elsewhere. Wind waves 2 to 4 feet. 
Northwest swell 7 feet and northeast 5 feet. Scattered showers. 
.THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT...West to northwest winds 10 to 20 
knots. Wind waves 2 to 4 feet. Northwest swell 6 feet building to
8 to 12 feet Thursday night. Northeast swell 5 to 7 feet. 
Isolated showers.
.FRIDAY...North winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind waves 6 to 12 feet.
Northwest swell 13 to 15 feet and north 4 to 8 feet. Scattered
