This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northwest Iowa,
southwest Minnesota, central South Dakota, and east central South
Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Gusty northwest winds of 30 to 45 mph will gradually subside
through the day. The winds may produce areas of blowing and
drifting snow through the morning. With colder air settling into
the region, wind chills of 10 to 25 below zero will be possible
through tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Dangerously cold air will move into the region through the middle
of this week. Extreme wind chills of 40 to 60 below zero are likely
for several hours Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, with wind
chills of 30 to 45 below persisting through early Thursday.

west central Iowa, northeast Nebraska, south central South
Dakota, and southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Gusty northwest winds of 30 to 45 mph will gradually subside
through the day. With colder air settling into the region, wind 
chills of 10 to 25 below zero will be possible at times through
early this afternoon, and again by late tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Bitterly cold air will move into the region through the middle of
this week. Dangerous wind chills of 35 to 50 below zero are 
likely for several hours Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, 
with wind chills of 15 to 35 below continuing later Wednesday 
through early Thursday.
