* WAVES...5 to 9 feet decreasing to 2 to 4 feet overnight.

A Small Craft Advisory is issued when waves of 4 feet or more are
expected or wind speeds reach 21 to 33 knots which may produce
hazardous conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners...
