.SYNOPSIS...High pressure to the north of the region will maintain
a tight pressure gradient over our coastal waters with Small 
Craft Advisory conditions across all of the waters through 
Friday. Winds will gradually shift from the southeast tonight to
the south on Friday as the ridge moves offshore. Winds and seas 
will gradually decrease over the weekend.
