Cool northerly winds will blow across the region through Monday, 
keeping the Northern Plains on a cooling trend into early next week. 
Under cloudy skies, temperatures will be nearly steady in the low to 
mid 20s today before dropping down into the single digits tonight. 
Highs for Sunday through Tuesday are expected to be in the teens, 
with lows around zero degrees most days. The chance of light snow 
returns to the region around midweek, with a slight warm-up expected 
for the end of the week.
