* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots.
  Winds becoming westerly midday, with gusts up to 25 knots. 

* SEAS...11 to 13 ft with a dominant period around 11 seconds.

* THUNDERSTORMS...Isolated thunderstorms through this morning. 
  Sudden gusts to 35 knots possible near any storm. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
