            Bulk Download Help
This bulk download tool provides the NWS text
in a raw form, hopefully directly usable by your processing system.
You can either provide a complete 6-character PIL/AFOS ID or provide
the 3-character base ID (e.g., AFD). The start and end
dates represent 00 UTC for those dates. The Zip format is useful as
the filenames will have the product timestamp, which is useful for
when the product format has ambiguous timestamps.

Thus, most of the state will enjoy a mostly sunny afternoon. Temperatures will stay 5 to 15 degrees below normal. Highs will range from the upper 40s in the northwestern mountains to the upper 50s around Philadelphia. The wind will stay breezy tonight. However, it will be mainly clear. A few showers will nudge into the far northwest by sunrise as a cold front arrives. Low temperatures tonight will be between the mid 30s and mid 40s. The cold front will cross the state through the day on Wednesday. But, the showers should be limited to the northwestern half of the state. Highs on Wednesday will only be in the lower 40s in the northwestern mountains, but should be close to 60 in the Lower Delaware Valley. $$
