Between 835 PM and 1000 PM, a few showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain will develop across the area from Mason to Brady and Menard. These showers and storms will contain heavy rain, especially in northeastern Mason County where localized flooding may develop. Other showers with moderate to heavy rain will develop ieast into the southwestern part of Crockett County. Elsewhere across West Central Texas, isolated showers will occur. Motorists encountering these showers and storms should be alert for suddenly reduced visibility, and for localized ponding of water on roads. $$
