Scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms will develop further inland by late morning into the afternoon with a few possibly lingering into the early evening hours. While severe weather is not expected, heavy rain, gusty winds and frequent cloud to ground lightning may accompany stronger storms. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Scattered showers and thunderstorms will redevelop each day through Tuesday in a pattern very similar to today.
