The greatest risk of severe storms is across northern South Dakota and southern North Dakota. Large hail and damaging wind gusts may be possible with any storm that forms this evening in these areas. Mostly clear conditions are in the forecast across the Northern Plains on Wednesday with high temperatures in the 70s and 80s. $$ AE
